MAWP Finishes the First Version of Watershed Management Plan

The MAWP is very pleased to announce it has finished the first version of the Watershed Management Plan. Over two years of effort was required to compile the 154 page document. The plan highlights water quality issues in the Spanish and Castle Valley with an in-depth compilation of all the water quality data that has been collected through 2012. The plan also steers projects, plans, and land use improvements that could be beneficial to water quality. You can find the entire plan at: Moab Area Watershed Management Plan.
