MAWP Meeting and State of Groundwater Science in Spanish Valley Discussion
The MAWP is pleased to partner with Science Moab and USU to offer a presentation and discussion of the State of the Science for Groundwater in Spanish Valley. The event will take place on Wednesday, January 18, from 1 to 3 at the Moab Arts and Recreation Center. Dr. Thomas Lachmar, Hydrogeology professor at USU in Logan, has reviewed all recent and most not so recent publications on Spanish Valley groundwater and we are please he will present a summary of those publications. There will be a question and answer session associated with the presentation. After the presentation, attendees will have an opportunity for a group discussion on its implications to residents of Spanish Valley and the City of Moab. The program is open to the public.
